Vegetarian Wraps

Ingredients

  • Large whole wheat tortillas
  • Soy mayonnaise (see our recipe in our videos soon)

Vegetables preferably such as:

  • chopped lettuce
  • sliced ​​tomato
  • grated carrot
  • cucumber in strips
  • avocado
  • grated beetroot
  • chopped onion chopped
  • paprika
  • palm

Vegetable Mortadella, or another vegetable protein preferably such as :

  • seasoned tofu
  • gluten strips
  • chickpea burger, soy etc in strips


 

Preparation

  1. Put the tortilla in a pan to heat it a little, approximately 30 seconds per side, and in this way also soften it a little so that it can be rolled up better.
  2. On a large plate, place the tortilla, and spread the soy mayonnaise with a knife, covering the entire tortilla.
  3. In the middle of the tortilla, on top of the mayonnaise, put the chopped vegetables of your choice, and the vegetable mortadella, or protein of choice.
  4. Roll up the tortilla taking one side and squeezing the vegetables as you roll so that the wrap is well compacted.
  5. Cut the wrap in half, and serve immediately.
