Raspberry Vinaigrette

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup fresh or frozen raspberries
  • 1 Tbs lemon juice
  • 2 Tbs brown sugar or 1 Tbs honey
  • 1 small garlic clove
  • sea salt to taste
  • 1 tsp dried basil

Preparation

  1. Put all ingredients in a blender and blend until everything is homogeneous.
  2. It can be stored for up 3 days in the refrigerator.
  3. Shake well before serving.
