Tofu Ceviche

Very easy, simple, and tasty recipe.

Ingredients

  • 1 block of firm tofu
  • 1 red onion
  • 1 lemon
  • 1 teaspoon oregano
  • Olive oil
  • Salt

Preparation

  1. Finely chop the onion and place it in a bowl.
  2. Add the lemon juice to the onion, along with 1 teaspoon of salt, and mix. Let it rest for 10 minutes.
  3. Cut the tofu into small cubes and place it in another bowl.
  4. Add oregano and pour the bowl with the onions in as well. Mix gently.
  5. Enjoy!
