Onion Soup

Ingredients

  • 3 cups water
  • 1 onion
  • 2 garlic cloves
  • 1 Tbs of oregano
  • 1 Tbs of cayenne powder (or merquén)
  • 1 Tbs of sea salt
  • Olive oil

Preparation

  1. Chop the onion feathers and put in a pot.
  2. Chop the garlic cloves into thin slices and throw into the pot.
  3. Add the cayenne, oregano and salt.
  4. Add the water, stir and leave over high heat for 15 min.
  5. Serve warm and after consuming rest preferably on a bed.

It is very simple to do. Very useful as a natural remedy for headaches and the best thing is that it is very rich! I also recommend praying to God to provide healing through the natural remedies he has given us.
