Rice and Seaweed Balls

Rice and Seaweed Balls

These rice and seaweed balls are not just a fun and delicious way to introduce babies and toddlers to Asian flavors, but also a very nutritious way to help them get their minerals in the brown rice such as iron, magnesium, selenium, phosphorous and B vitamins, as well as antioxidants in the seaweed.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup cooked brown rice
  • 1 sheet roasted seaweed

Preparation

  1. In a bowl, put the cold cooked rice and preferably using a plastic glove, crush the seaweed on top of the rice and mix thoroughly.
  2. Form the balls and serve.
