Pasta with Avocado Pesto

This is a processed-oil-free recipe. No need to feel guilty when eating this finger-licking dish. Well, just don't abuse 🤣

Ingredients

  • 1 large bunch of fresh basil leaves.
  • 1/2 cup walnuts.
  • 2 large avocados.
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice.
  • 3 cloves garlic.
  • Sea salt.
  • 1 package of long whole-wheat pasta.

Preparation

  1. Cook the pasta according to package directions.
  2. Meanwhile, prepare the pesto by putting all the ingredients in a food processor until it becomes a paste.
  3. Mix the pesto with the cooked pasta and serve immediately, garnishing with a fresh basil leaf.

It's that easy. Cooking doesn't need to be complicated; anyone can learn healthy yummy food.
