Gluten free Oatmeal Pancakes

Ingredients

  • 2 cups of ground oats
  • 1/4 cup of flaxseed
  • 1/4 cup of sunflower seeds
  • 1/2 cup of chickpea flour
  • 1 tablespoon of honey
  • 4 cups of water

Preparation

  1. Preheat a nonstick skillet. Put all the ingredients in the blender in order and blend until everything is very homogeneous.
  2. Once everything is blended, and in a mixed container, ladle the mixture into the hot pan forming the pancakes and cook them on both sides until they are golden and crisp.
  3. Serve with fruit.
