Mango-Coconut Bliss

Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup fresh mango, peeled and sliced/cut up
  • 1/4 cup cooked amaranth 
  • 1 tablespoon shredded or fresh coconut 

Preparation

  1. Soak the coconut in a little boiling water to soften it up.
  2. Blend all the ingredients together until smooth and creamy.
