Melon Salad

Nothing more refreshing in the summer than this delicious salad for a hot afternoon celebrating with loved ones!

Ingredients

  • 1/2 orange melon
  • 1/2 green melon
  • 1/4 of a medium watermelon
  • 3-4 tablespoons of honey
  • fresh mint leaves

Preparation

  1. Cut the melons in half and scoop out the seeds with a spoon
  2. Using a kitchen tool to form small balls (it is a specific tool to use with melons), take out the circles and place them in a deep dish. 
  3. Repeat the process with the watermelon.
  4. Add the honey (if it is very solid, melt it a little in a small saucepan).
  5. Add the chopped mint leaves, and serve immediately
