Lentil Croquettes

Ingredients

  • 1 cup lentils
  • 1/2 bunch parsley
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 1 teaspoon sea salt
  • Vegetable oil

Preparation

  1. Soak the cup of lentils overnight.
  2. Strain the soaked lentils and place in a large bowl.
  3. Chop the parsley and garlic, add to the lentils and stir.
  4. With a manual processor (minipimer), grind the mixture in the container until it is like a paste.
  5. Make small croquettes with this paste and fry in a pan with vegetable oil.
  6. Serve immediately with rice or whatever you like, or use for sandwiches.


 

 

Optional: If you prefer, you can bake them instead of frying them.

This way of eating lentils is excellent for sandwiches. It's great for people who don't like lentils since they don't taste like lentils. It is unbelievably rich!
