Chia Pudding

Ingredients

  • 2 cups plant based milk (coconut milk/cream makes the creamiest pudding)
  • 6 tablespoons chia seeds
  • 1 tablespoon honey 
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • a pinch of salt

Optional Toppings:

  • Tropical fruit mix- kiwis, pineapple, mangoes all peeled and cut in small pieces
  • Mixed berries
  • Granola
  • Nuts
  • Puffed cereals such as quinoa or amaranth
  • Fruit Jam

Preparation

  1. Mix the milk, the chia seeds, the honey, vanilla and salt in a glass jar or container. 
  2. Cover with a lid and let it sit overnight.
  3. Serve with prefered topping.
